Refund Policy

We offer a 100% refund within 14 days if:

  • No images have been generated yet
  • There is a technical error or failure on our end

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not guaranteed once headshot generation has started. Each refund request is evaluated individually. Contact us with your order ID at hosan@hosan.in.

Terms and Conditions

  • By using HeadShot, you agree not to upload harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
  • Generated images are for personal or commercial use but may not be resold as-is without modification or value-added use.
  • We reserve the right to modify, pause, or terminate our services at any time.
  • Violations of our terms may result in account suspension or removal without notice.
